The 8th Annual Golf4Yuri
The tradition continues, with another successful tournament. As in previous years, it was a day of celebration, friendship and hopefully some good golf. We had another tournament with some challenges from "mother nature", quite a few of our golfers came back to the clubhouse sporting rosy cheeks and toques. Many thanks to all that participated, many of you have been coming out for all eight tournaments. This year we also welcomed a few new teams. Much appreciation goes to our sponsors: Dinner – Help Unlimited; Dessert – Borgfeldt Canada; Gold Hole Sponsor – The Gladwish Family; and to the 14 individual hole sponsors. To date Golf4Yuri has raised close to $84,000.
This year's event will once again take place at Caledon Golf and Country Club on Saturday May 5, 2012, one week earlier than usual. For updated information visit www.golf4yuri.com in the upcoming weeks.
